The Case:
A construction company discovered that the ground water under their property was contaminated. They suspected it was caused by
an underground leak of diesel fuel from the adjacent trucking terminal.
The Results:
Pulley Watson called on hydrologists to trace the source of the contamination, and prove that it did, in fact, come from the trucking
terminal. Thanks in part to the expert testimony, the trucking company was required to purchase our client's property for fair market
value, plus a premium to provide them with the means to rebuild in a suitable location.
